Collection Policy

Decisions are evaluated once per day at the configured decision epoch.

Fixed schedule

Collect on the selected weekdays regardless of how full bins are.

Threshold

Collect whenever a bin reaches the configured fullness threshold.

Hybrid

Collect on scheduled days or when a bin reaches the configured threshold.

Scheduled weekdays

Weekday numbering: 0 = Monday … 6 = Sunday. Currently sending [0, 3].

Model v0.1.0 evaluates the policy for every location unless a location overrides the schedule or threshold. Truck weight capacity is the active routing constraint.
